Rule Britannia Sunday Lunch for Two at No Man’s Fort in the Solent

Take in the incredible sights, sounds and smells of the ocean on a private man-made island in the Solent. A short boat ride to the venue from Portsmouth leaves the mainland behind and transports you to luxury. Climb aboard the five-star facility and be greeted with a welcome drink to settle in. Next, take a brief historic tour of the multi-million pound refurbished fort, which includes 22 stunning rooms, a range of magnificent function halls, a hot tub with unrivalled views and much more. Britannia rules as you sit down to a delicious British themed four-course banquet lunch in the Mess Hall, choosing from a trio of desserts and tea or coffee to finish. Relax and embrace the views and vastness of your surroundings before returning to land.

In rare cases, it may be necessary to postpone or cancel if safe transit is not possible. Expect to be notified in advance and rebooked if this occurs.
Around midday, take a 30 minute boat journey to No Man’s Fort, then spend up to four hours enjoying lunch and exploring the fort.
The fort can accomodate up to 120 guests.
The dress code is smart casual and guests are encouraged to wear red and white in line with the ‘Rule Britannia’ theme. For the boat journey, we strongly advise wearing water resistant clothing, flat shoes and a jacket or coat.
Guests aged 18 and over are welcome. The Forts aren’t suitable for the elderly or those with restricted mobility, advise of any mobility issues at the time of booking to see if needs can be accommodated. Pets (excluding guide dogs) are not allowed.
The sea fort includes games and function rooms, bars, laser play area, a nightclub, sun deck, sauna, rooftop hot tubs, fire pit and rum and wine tasting areas. Welcome drink depends on availability on the day; it could be a glass of bubbly or a cocktail.
