The cookery school’s expert chefs who have been hand-picked by Jamie to teach you how to make a pizza dough so tasty that you’ll never order takeaway again! Receive a glass of Prosecco on arrival before donning an apron and making a failsafe and versatile pizza dough to roll out and top with delicious and fresh ingredients. Simply cook the pizza to perfection and then sit back and tuck in along with your fellow classmates. Fear not, take home an extra ball of dough and show off your new skills to your mates. Bellissimo!
Courses generally run on a weekly or fortnightly basis, times and days of the week can vary but are published three months in advance.
Arrive 10 – 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. The class lasts around two hours including tasting and eating time.
There is no dress code but casual clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.
Those aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements. This course is not suitable for those with a gluten or wheat allergy.
