Designed for those wanting to get the most from their DSLR camera, this hands-on digital photography course in Birmingham teaches a host of important skills without the use of fluffy technical jargon. Learn how to creatively compose a variety of shots whilst getting to grips with important DLSR functions such as aperture, ISO and white balance, shutters speeds and exposure control. This course is led by professional and passionate working photographers and provides the tools necessary to take your photography to the next level. Leave with comprehensive course notes and a certificate of participation.
A Saturday or Sunday date at least four times a year.
The course may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, ice or severe rain). Please call the venue if in any doubt.
The experience starts at 9.30am and finishes at approximately 4.30pm, including a break for lunch (not provided).
A maximum of 12 participants share the day.
This experience is not appropriate for spectators.
The experience begins indoors but much of it takes place outside, so please dress appropriately with suitable footwear.
Minimum age 16. Participants don’t need any previous photography experience, but must have a digital SLR camera.
Lunch is not provided, so please bring it with you. The course trainers are all hand-picked working photographers who share a passion for photography.
