Take part in a lesson to learn the basic principles of carriage driving and have a drive out with a pair of ponies around the locality. After a safety briefing, be shown how to harness a pony and put it into the carriage. Benefit from a one-to-one lesson with one of the trainers to learn the basics of driving. There will be the opportunity to use these new skills to negotiate a course of cones and barriers. After a short coffee break, be taken out on the back step of a carriage driven by a trainer and pulled by a pair of ponies around the local lanes, or in the indoor school if the weather is poor. There will be time to meet the other resident characters at the stables including ponies, donkey, pigs and sheep.

Seven days a week, all year round. Weekends tend to be very busy and we recommend you allow at least six weeks booking notice.

The weather won’t affect this experience, as there are indoor and outdoor facilities at the venue.
