The Original Chocolate Making Workshop for Two in Brighton
A fun Experience near Brighton, East Sussex.
Ever fancied yourself as a chocolate connoisseur? Learn how to make it, on a chocolate workshop where you and a friend can discover the great art of chocolate making, including how to make fresh cream truffles and how to correctly cool down molten chocolate. Both then put your knowledge to the test by creating handmade pieces of chocolate, decorating them with a range of ingredients including coconut, white chocolate shavings and edible stars and hearts. Take home around 15 – 20 pieces of your chocolate to share with others (or keep all to yourself). If that wasn’t enough, try some delicious Florida orange and cocoa nib milk chocolate during the workshop.
Classes run on Saturdays.
The experience will last for 2 hours.
Share the experience with 16-35 other chocolate loving participants.
The experience is exclusively for paying participants and therefore spectators cannot be accommodated.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you don’t mind getting messy – aprons are provided, but you may still end up with chocolate on your clothes.
Minimum age is 14. This experience isn’t suitable for severe nut allergy sufferers, as the equipment may have come into contact with nuts.
