When the sea is still and weather is mild, there’s no better alternative to surfing than stand up paddleboarding. Learn the basics of this popular watersport from Bournemouth beach and experience a thrill that’s likely to have you hooked from the very beginning. Start on the beach with a group briefing and once kitted out in a wetsuit, wade into the water and start paddleboarding. Under the wing of an ISA qualified paddleboarding instructor, learn how to balance, paddle and steer yourself through open water – before long, you’re sure to be cutting across the sea like a professional! This two hour paddleboarding lesson offers a brilliant introduction to the sport and is the ideal experience for any aquatic adventurer.
