| Three years or so without any updates to a website such as this means that there are now a lot of dead links scattered throughout the pages here. I have begun the process of weeding out the links to pages which are no longer online and (where possible) updating links to pages which have moved to new web addresses. Given the scale of the task, I cannot say how long all this will take. Once the process is complete, I hope to find and add lots of new links ... and to update this site more frequently afterwards. |

| Today I have added many new Links to scientific papers and publications. This brings the number of links in this new section of the site to around 200. I have also checked all the links on the site, deleted a few which have disappeared, amended the URLs for a few which have moved, and added a few new ones. Perhaps the most interesting of the new links is the streaming video feed showing Korean badgers - see Eurasian badger (Meles meles): Links - Korean. All this activity brings the total number of links for the whole site to around 950. |

| Today I have added a major new section to the Badger Links site: Links to scientific papers and publications. The pages in this new section add over 150 new links to the site, bringing the total to over 900. The links include many full scientific papers online in PDF format, along with abstracts, conference proceedings and various reports. I would welcome suggestions for additions to this section. |

| Following several weeks of work, the Ultimate Badger Links List is today re-launched in a new format and with a new title: Steve Jackson's Badger Links. The changes are not just in the appearance of the site, there are over 100 new links, bringing the total to over 750! |

| Another check of links across the site has been carried out today. 8 dead links have been removed, and 7 other links have had their URLs updated following changes to the sites where they are hosted. |

| November 21st 2004 |
| Today I have carried out a check of links across the site. About half a dozen dead links have been removed. A number of other links which are inaccessible, hopefully temporarily, have been noted "Problems accessing, Nov 21st 2004". Three new Swedish pages relating to the Eurasian badger have been added to the site, while 10 other links have had their URLs updated following changes to the sites where they are hosted. |
