For anyone looking for a real aquatic adventure, this introduction to freediving in Cornwall is a must. Learn to dive up to 10 metres underwater without the use of breathing apparatus with tuition from AIDA qualified instructors and submerge into a whole new aquatic world you never knew existed. The course starts with a theory lesson before kitting up and hitting the pool to take the plunge. Learn all essential freediving techniques including prep breaths, static apnoea training, finning styles and lots more under expert guidance. Then, test out those newfound skills by diving deep in the sea and gliding elegantly through the water like a human fish! For those who catch the bug, this counts towards an AIDA level one freediving qualification.
