The Marriott Worsley Park Hotel and Country Club boasts a challenging championship course, making it a great place to improve those all-important golf skills. A PGA professional will bestow expert knowledge on many key areas of the game including chipping, putting bunker play and swing technique. In addition to the lesson, receive a golfing analysis either by video playback or the state-of-the-art swing training system, Explanar. In the afternoon, head out onto Worsley Park’s alluring Par 71 golf course to play a few holes under the expert guidance of a PGA pro. Three month’s access to an email based golf helpline (maximum six emails) and lunch on the day are also included.
Selected weekend dates from March to September. We recommend booking several weeks in advance for summer weekend dates.
The weather shouldn’t affect the experience, but in the rare case of cancellation, Marriott make contact the evening before the experience to advise.
Please meet for refreshments and a prompt start half an hour later. The experience lasts approximately six and a half hours. Tuition time lasts two and a half hours in the morning, followed by a break for lunch, then on course tuition in the afternoon.
Six to eight people take part.
Guests are welcome at all of the country clubs and can use the bar and restaurant facilities while they’re waiting.
Dress for golf (no trainers, jeans or tracksuits please). If you have your own clubs please bring them; if not clubs can be provided. Golf shoes MUST be worn and are also available.
Anybody with a golfing handicap is welcome (NOT suitable for total novices).
The booking letter MUST be presented at the venue on the day. Please note, the itinerary is subject to change depending on the standard of attendees.
