There are two main ways in which you can help us: Tell us about badgers in need of resueIf you find an injured, sick, trapped or orphaned badger, please call Brockwatch or the RSPCA as soon as possible. If you can, please stay with the casualty until help arrives. If the badger is not mobile, please cover it with an old coat or blanket if possible, to keep it calm and warm. Do not attempt to handle the animal yourself however, as you risk being bitten. For more information on what to do if you find an injured badger on the road, see the Badger Pages website. Make a donationOur rescue work costs money, from vet bills to travel expenses plus the cost of longer term care of orphaned cubs. Crush cages cost around £100 each while dog graspers cost around £50. By making a donation you can help make sure that Brockwatch is always able to respond to reports of badgers in need of rescue.
