The Battle Proms is a premier picnic concert which was established in East Sussex in 1997. Located on the grounds of some of the most distinguished stately homes, this delightful evening of entertainment is filled with a diverse collection of exciting displays. Sit back and enjoy the warm up performances including a historic cavalry display, sing along toe-tapping vintage vocals and a breath-taking freefall parachute display. The 2 hour orchestral programme of classical favourites is heralded by a choreographed aerial display from the legendary Grace Spitfire. Be dazzled by stunning musical fireworks and join in the a traditional flag waving proms finale with Jerusalem, Rule Britannia and more. Summer 2019 is almost here!
Selected Saturdays in July and August, which include: Blenheim Palace on Saturday 6 July, Hatfield House on Saturday 13 July, Burghley House on Saturday 20 July and Ragley Hall on Saturday 10 August.
The air displays may be cancelled in the event of bad weather due to safety reasons.
Expect to spend around six hours at the concert.
British weather can be unpredictable, so bring along a rain mac, some warm clothes and wellies.
