Archery for Two at Hazlewood Castle, North Yorkshire
Get a load of this Cocktail Making & Spirits Experience in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire.
Ever more popular with the rise of medieval-themed series like Game of Thrones and Vikings, the historic sport of archery is no longer used to defend castles but is still an exciting, challenging activity. Get to know the difference between a crossbow and a longbow, be kitted out with a bow that fits and, under the eye of experienced instructors, learn to draw, aim and fire. It’s not as simple as it looks, but it’s definitely rewarding! This experience will include a range of amusing games before a grand finale, where each challenger will get a chance to shoot an apple off the head of Susie the mannequin, William Tell-style. Great fun with very few drawbacks!
Seven days a week throughout the year, excluding Christmas Eve/Day and New Year.
