Revisit the thrill of the playground with a ride on The Slide at the ArcelorMittal Orbit, the planet’s tallest and fastest tunnel slide. Ascend the other-worldly red structure at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, designed by Anish Kapoor, and ogle at the panorama of London from the top viewing platform before plummetting down the chute at speeds of up to 15mph! Then visit Marco Pierre White’s London Steakhouse Co. City for lunch or dinner for a magnificent three-course feast topped off with a cocktail. The set menu includes British classics cooked to perfection, all served within the elegant surroundings. Choose which experience to do first or enjoy them on different days.
Both activities available daily, subject to availability, excluding Christmas Day and New Year period. The restaurant also excludes Boxing Day and Valentine’s Day. Restaurant reservations for Friday and Saturday night must be made 48 hours prior.
The slide may be closed in extreme weather conditions. In that case, an alternative date may be booked.
Expect to spend between 90 minutes and two hours at the restaurant, between 12pm and 10pm daily. Expect to be at The ArcelorMitta Orbit for around one and a half hours, including time at the viewing platform, safety briefing and The Slide.
Do not wear loose clothing, large jewellery or inappropriate footwear (for example, high heels) on the Slide.
Diners aged 18 and over are welcome to the restaurant. It is wheelchair accessible. Minimum age for the slide is eight, minimum height is 1.3 metres. Max weight is 22 stone. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
At the steakhouse, additional drinks and side orders can be purchased on the day. A 48 hour cancellation policy is in place once a booking is made. Please note: a discretionary service charge of 12.5 per cent is added to the bill.
