Jump aboard a dual-controlled two-seated Piper training plane with a fully qualified instructor at the airfield in West Sussex, following a briefing on safety and flying methods on the ground. Then it’s time to head skyward for a 30 minute flight during which time (at the pilot’s discretion) the controls may be handed to over to take the reins for a portion of the session. The views are outstanding and the sensation of being aboard such an aircraft is unique.
