Rally Driving in Scotland
Get a load of this Experience located handily in Dunfermline, Fife.
As a driving experience, rallying is fast, furious and at times seems barely in control. Get behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta to find out just what the fuss is all about. Discover secrets of driving sideways on the purpose-built hillside rally stage at Knockhill – one of the venues of the RSAC International Scottish Rally. After a briefing on technique and safety, receive some one-to-one tuition on how to control the Fiesta. Driving skills are marked on a final stage assessment by the professionals. As a finale, climb in for a white-knuckle high-speed demonstration run with the instructor at the helm. The best driver of the day gets a trophy and everyone receives a certificate.
At least one weekday per month throughout the year.
Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions which would make driving at speed dangerous. Please call the venue if in any doubt.
The experience lasts for up to two and a half hours, including a briefing, tuition, driving time, debrief and certificate presentation. Arrival is vital at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
